About Lumi

These terms explain purchases from trustlumi.com. Please read them together with the product information, your checkout details and our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages.

The seller is SBS.Trading, trading as Lumi.
Business and returns address: Bredestraat 81, 9041 Oostakker, Belgium.
Business/VAT number: BE 0871.699.408.

Your order

The product page describes what you are buying. Check your selected option, quantity, contact details and delivery address before placing the order. The product information, price and order details shown at checkout and in your confirmation form part of your purchase.

Placing an order using a button that confirms an obligation to pay means you are ordering the selected products with that payment obligation. Keep your order confirmation. If anything is incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, including applicable VAT. The checkout shows the total and any delivery charges before you place your order. You can use the payment methods offered for your order and country at checkout. Availability can vary by provider and destination.

Any payment-provider terms presented for your chosen method also apply to that payment service. These do not remove the rights you have against Lumi as the seller.

Pre-orders and delivery

Lumi products are currently sold on pre-order. Stock is expected in our warehouse around late November 2026; the dispatch date is still to be confirmed. Warehouse arrival is an estimate and is not a promise of delivery to your address by that date.

Shipping is free for EU orders with no minimum spend. Delivery availability and any other destination charges are shown at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery for current information and help with changes, delays or missing parcels.

Your mandatory rights concerning delivery delays, cancellation and refunds remain applicable. You may notify us of withdrawal before your pre-order arrives; a standard product is not treated as personalised solely because it is produced or sold in a batch.

Returns and refunds

For physical products, tell us within 30 calendar days after receipt if you change your mind. Send the goods back within 14 days after your notice. You pay direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are handled under your statutory remedies.

The full procedure, refund timing, return address and optional model withdrawal form are on our Returns & Exchanges page. Lumi’s 30-day policy does not restrict the statutory withdrawal right or legal guarantee.

New consumer goods are covered by a two-year legal guarantee under Belgian law. If your product is faulty or does not match your order, contact us. Depending on the applicable conditions, you may be entitled to repair or replacement without charge, or a price reduction or refund. This protection is separate from change-of-mind returns.

More information is available in the Belgian legal guarantee guidance.

Digital gift cards

Check the gift-card page and checkout for the value, recipient details and delivery method before buying. Contact us if a code or balance does not work as expected. This section does not exclude statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used for orders, accounts, support and the website.

Questions or complaints

Please contact hello@trustlumi.com with your order number and the issue you would like us to resolve. You can also use our contact form.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, information about available assistance is provided by FOD Economie, including the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service. Your right to seek a remedy through the competent courts remains unchanged.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. If mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence apply to your purchase, these terms do not take those protections away.
