Current pre-order timing

Lumi is currently available to pre-order. Here is what to expect before your little companion starts its journey home.

Expected in our warehouse around late November 2026. Dispatch date to be confirmed.

This is an estimate for arrival at our warehouse, not a promised delivery date to your address. Your order still needs to be prepared and dispatched after the stock arrives. We will share dispatch information as it becomes available.

Shipping charges and destinations

Shipping is free for EU orders, with no minimum spend. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available delivery options and any charges for your destination before placing your order.

The pre-order wait is separate from transit time after dispatch. Please contact us if you need delivery by a particular date; do not rely on the warehouse estimate as confirmation that an order will arrive in time for an occasion.

Following your order

Keep your order confirmation and order number. You can use Track Lumi to check available order information, or contact the Lumi care team for help.

Changes, delays or a missing parcel

If your address needs correcting or you want to discuss your pre-order, email hello@trustlumi.com as soon as possible. Include your order number so we can find the right order.

If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, contact us to arrange an appropriate additional delivery period. Your legal rights to cancel and receive a refund where applicable remain unchanged. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact Lumi so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy; you do not have to resolve your claim with the carrier yourself.
